My memory is failing me but I remember making some sort of scallop dish which was scallops in a cream sauce, not unlike coquilles St-Jacques, but it was baked in a crust like a pie. I think it was a very popular dish in one of the Scandinavian countries. The "crust" might have been mashed potatoes.. Anyone recognize this dish? Thanks!
