I have some big, fat beautiful scallops for dinner tonight. Also have some baby potatoes and fresh peas. My fresh herbs include thai basil, mint, chives and parsley. I am thinking of steamed potatoes with plugra butter and chives.
I was thinking of searing the scallops- they look so good don't really want to mess with them too much.
But- any ideas are welcome- also- any good hints for the peas? TIA.
