Just got a photo from my daughter-in-law taken from her Trio phone. (She loves to taunt me!) The folks who grill scallops are back. Here's how I described them, in an earlier post:
"Into a large scallop shell she spoons the vegetables, sausage. and tops with three perfectly grilled scallops (with the orange roe still attached). Squeeze some lemon over all."
This really was the best tasting food I put into my mouth during a two week visit. I hope they haven't changed since then. Do try them, if you get a chance, and report back.
