I have a British cookbook from the library, considering buying if I can figure out accurately how to use the gram measurements, etc. I know I can look up charts online, but I have heard that many of them differ. I am thinking about buying a scale and there are so many. Can anyone suggest a very good, accurate scale/. I will not be constantly using it, but probably a few times a month. Although I do not need an expensive one, I don't want one just because it is the cheapest if it is not great. The cookbook I may buy is Deliciously Ella, The plant-based cookbook. I have two of her other books and she used US measurements in them. I do not mind learning, but do want a good accurate scale for this. Thank you.
