I always crave salty things for breakfast and have been eating tofu scramble or egg whites with salsa or veggies for a while, but am so bored! I need some new ideas! I don't eat meat (chicken, beef, pork) - only fish. Ideally it would have some protein too because I workout in the morning. Sometimes I wish there was some breakfast concoction similar to oatmeal but with savory seasoning/ingredients instead of sweet. Any thoughts?
