Savoring the Faith with Father Leo Patalinghug

So, due to a DVR mistake, I accidentally recorded this cooking show on EWTN, which apparently just debuted. The host was born in the Philippines, raised in the US, and educated in a seminary in Rome. According to his website, he would teach Italian restaurant owners how to cook American food and they would teach him Italian food. Also, he apparently won a fusion fajita contest on Throwdown with Bobby Flay. He's got a cookbook and webshow/Youtube channel, both called Grace Before Meals.

I've only seen one show, but I am guessing that he's going to be oriented towards food that is appropriate for a family Sunday dinner. It might be a useful show for someone who needs basic instruction.

Article I found on Throwdown, while looking up Father Leo, which describes the taping of the show with Flay
