Saving a dry black bean burger #kitchenfail

masalamacsandmusic | Oct 27, 201511:58 AM     6

Hello All,

I have many, many tasty kitchen wins, but occasionally fail. Today, I failed at black bean burgers. I am wondering if there is a way to save them. I processed them in the same style as falafel, meaning I did not cook the black beans, just soaked them and processed them with the other ingredients. The pieces of bean did not fully cook in the oven but if I had left them there any longer, the burger as a whole would have burned. They taste pretty okay, so I think they are worth saving. Is there any clever way to bring some moisture/steam back in, so the pieces of bean will cook fully? Many thanks!
