I bought a small block of swiss cheese a few days ago hoping to eat it with some bread or crackers. But once I openend it I realized I hated how it tasted and couldn't eat it raw. The cheese hasn't got bad or is off--just that it probably is poor quality cheese.
I feel bad throwing it out though. What can I do with it so I can mask its taste in some dishes or cook with it? Any suggestions? And I would prefer if any ideas you have are vegetarian.
