I don't know why Savannah isn't on the list of Chow cities we certainly have many destination restaurants. Husk opened here in mid-January. We had dinner there Friday night with friends. It was very good. We were anxiously awaiting the opening. We had been to Brock's Nashville,Tn. Husk in the past. we were disappointed the fried chicken skins were not on the menu. The chef decided to try offer chicken wings prepared the same way. No takers at our table and I noticed yesterday the skins are back on the menu. Now f he would get the pigs ears back on the menu too. BTW he has a new cookbook due out before too long.

I would like to add a word of advice if you are planning a visit to Savannah. Go on line and make a reservation several weeks in advance. Even for a Monday. We get lots of visitors to the city and places, especially downtown fill up fast.
