Sauteed shrimp. Oil turned orange. Is this odd or not?

Usually I saute shrimp in a cast iron pan.

Yesterday I sauteed in a stainless steel pan using olive oil and a tablespoon of Olivio (spreadable butter and olive oil) for flavor.

The wild caught shrimp had an excellent flavor and texture; however, I was surprised to see the oil had turned orange.

I realize this may have also happened in the cast iron pan and I was simply clueless.
