Can anyone suggest a saute pan and a medium sized wok. I'm looking for something lighter than cast iron. I need the saute pan preferably to be nonstick (not TFal but seasonable if that's an option). The wok must be non-reactive to tamarind and tomato-based acidic gravies and various spices. I plan to cook Indian curries and gravies in the saute pan and wok.
I also needed recommendation for a tin wok for cooking a tamarind-based speciality recipe.
I don't have a brand preference. I'm looking for sturdy pans.
