Sausage suppliers

Since the withdrawal of Marks and Spencer from North America, virtually the only British product not importable is the Lincolnshire banger.

I have tried most of the supermarket offerings and occasionally get lucky but the quality is so variable. Delis and butchers are more consistant but I have not found my ideal sausage anywhere along Yonge.

From memory, the Lincolnshire style is pure pork but not too meaty (about 30% bread), lots of herb and great when cold. Usually cooks with the skin intact.

Can anyone recommend a Toronto retailer who can provide anything close?
