Sausage rolls or Cumberland sausages

I want to make British sausage rolls for an open house. American sausage just isn't the same. I either need to make my own sausage using possibly a Cumberland sausage recipe or anything else you might suggest. Thanks for any help.

P.S. I live in Chicago not New Year so Myers of Keswick won't help me as they don't ship.
