HI, I am hosting a post golf outing for 20 or so hungry guys in a couple of weeks. I plan on making sausage, peppers and onions as my husband requested it, I make a delicious baked sausage :) What is the best way to make a large batch of the peppers and onions so that they are tasty, carmelized etc. Also what is a typical condiment? mustard? just not sure how to round out the condiment station.
