Actually, it IS about how the sausage is made...

First time poster with a question that's only tangentially related to actual food consumption -- maybe someone can help (worth a shot, right?)

I'm trying to find a local supplier of hog casings for sausage making. I've got all the other equipment, but I've found that the quality of the casings one orders online can vary greatly.

I'm looking for "whisker-free" 32 mm casings, and I'd rather buy from a local (DC/VA/MD), if that's possible. Online searches have been pretty slim for purveyors in this area.

I know, a peculiar request -- thanks in advance for any help!!
