Our family loves duck, but I can't stand the mess. I recently discovered that our local Costco sells pre-roasted, vacuum sealed duck halves. Tried it once on the grill, and it was great just plain. Tried it again, crisped up in the oven, and it was pretty good, but needs a sauce. (It comes with a packet of orange sauce that we don't like.) Any advice for this lazy cook? My dream sauce would be the ginger sauce that used to come with the crispy duck at a nearby, defunct Thai restaurant. But I'm open to anything, Asian or otherwise, so long as it's not too sweet. TIA!
