Need Sauces for 2 Kinds of Ravioli TODAY!

Picked up shrimp & roasted garlic ravioli and pesto raviolo at Dave's in Somverville last night, plus some prosciutto from the nearby Italian market to take home for the Xmas. Want to use the the shrimp Xmas eve, probably w/a white sauce. Hounds, recipe suggestions for both kinds of ravioli would be much appreciated by 5PM EST today. TIA & Happy Holidays!
