Sauce for cedar planked chicken?

mstrimel | Sep 18, 202006:33 AM     1

hi, I need a good idea for a sauce. I'm making cedar planked spatchcocked chicken on the grill tonight. As I understand it, the plank will impart a light cedar smoke flavor to the bird.

My chickens are marinating now in olive oil / lemon juice / herbs (no garlic). What would be a good dipping sauce that would pair with cedar? I saw an "Alabama white BBQ sauce" online that looked like a poor man's aioli. Interested to hear what others think.
