It was the best Greek food I've had since I was in Athens, and the restaurant was able somehow to keep its kitchen afloat given the crush of people that have descended on it. Saturday night, prime time, brought hordes to Santorini in Sleepy Hollow, and the food's worth every one of the 45 minutes spent waiting. They're already expanding the place. We were a party of two and hooked up with another two just to be seated after so long; luckily, it was a pleasant and intriguing match. The food was superb (except for the pastitio (sp.), which was average. Parking is hard, standing and waiting is hard, but sometimes you have to pay for your chow. Santorini is kala!
