We're going to be at the Philadelphia distillery for a tour this Saturday afternoon. I figured afterwards we'd wander around the city for a bit, then go out for dinner before returning home. It just dawned on me now that a Saturday night probably requires reservations at any place that's good (we're from the Lehigh Valley, where you can pretty much always find a decent place to eat that isn't packed). Is all hope lost? Do all of the good spots book up weeks in advance? Ideally I wanted to shoot for something gastropub like - yummy food and good craft beer/cocktails, but I'm open to other suggestions.
