Vincent had a mobile wood burning pizza oven at the market today. He did a wonderful duck pizza for me, $8, nice thin crust, crisp, perfect. Much better than the pie I had last week at Humble Pie.
Apparently he will have the oven outside the bistro on Friday's now 5:00-7:30pm, something to add to the rotation.
Be sure to hit the market before they close at the end of May.
