A Saturday Lunch: Sansom Street Oyster House

Missing were the usual lines, and feeling that one had to rush to accomodate other diners.

Same varied menu, high quality, plain jane atmosphere, but good service. Having lunch there on a Saturday was actually better than on a weekday. Or, maybe it was the weather...

Thought my broiled swordfish with shallots and vinegar reduction was nifty with my veggie choice of creamed spinach and stewed tomatoes. $10.95. Cherrystone clams (half dozen for $3.75) pristine as always.
