Saturdays are a good night to drop by Lulu's. They have different specials every night of the week and on Saturday the special is duck. They are very happy little ducks. The one I had was cooked to the point of falling off the bone. It was just on the cusp of thinking about being dry, but it wasn't. Since it was served with watercress, diced heirloom tomatoes and a reduced balsamic vinegar that moistened it right back up to just where it should be. I usually skip the skin on poultry, but not this time. Nice and crispy with just the right amount of seasoning.
