(Sorry for the dupe post on the home cooking board) This is one of my all time fave breakfast items. Aka Satokun's Pari! Pori! Pork Sausage. Pari, pori is the snap sound that the sausage makes when you bite into this juicy, tasty bit of breakfast heaven. It comes in a natural lamb casing and is not too heavy or greasy and has a refreshing (I know, sounds a bit funny when describing pork sausage) pork-y flavor with just the right balance of salt and spices. Easy to make, just boil or ,if you prefer, pan fry. They also freeze well and can go straight from the freezer into the pot. Great by itself or with a dab of your fave mustard. Mos def try if you have a Mituswa in your state.
