Just another satisfied Hotel Utah customer

So, we weren't starving or anything, but we did like the idea of a little snack, so we stopped at the Hotel Utah and ordered the Meetinghouse Biscuits with ham hock stew (it's in the Sides section of the menu) along with the fried fingerling potatoes and romesco sauce.

The biscuits were lovely and flaky as before, and the ham hock stew was as stupendously rich and chewy and satisfying as before, too! The fingerlings were deep fried till just tender, and served with a mighty tasty romesco sauce. The romesco sauce is called "vegan romesco sauce" on the menu but actually, all romescos are vegan, perhaps vegans just don't know that.

So, not much new to say, just another very tasty lunch in the comfy confines of the Hotel Utah.
