I know this place has been around forever, but I hadn't gotten around to trying it until today.
I had: spinach + cheese empanada, chicken empanada + gazpacho soup. water to drink. total cost including tip: 9 dollars.
The spinach empanada was wonderful and it was love at first bite. (I am a sucker for spinach + cheese so your mileage may vary.)
The chicken emanada was good, but with the mixture of chicken and beans it paled in comparison to the spinach one.
The soup was wonderful and reminded me of summer with each spoonful. (It is uncharacteristically cool here today.) It reminded me of how wonderful raw can be.
I give this 2 thumbs up!!
