sante fe trip

we went to cafe pasqulas the first night, my second favorite spot in the us--after frontera grill, of course--and while the food was good, it wasnt stellar and the service was atrocious--unsmiling, humorless, incompetent and almost rude. we ordered pork which was overcooked and chocolate pot de crem was pedestrian. also, the wine list is way overpriced. i hope success hasnt spoiled this spot. hope it was an aberration. if you get a heavy female server with tatoos on her arm, watch out. geronimo the follwing night was super. a bit refined, but very tasty. los mayas was touristy but tasty with decent adovada
