Hi! it is a strange a different website from what I remembered but I started a thread 9 years ago:

And received incredible suggestions which made my trip absolutely incredible.

Re reading the thread brought memmories back, we did not stop at 3 kids we did at 4! 1 boy and 3 girls; and this time we are taking them with us to SF.

Having that thread was a real gamechanger for us, ever since everytime we go on a trip we do a bit of research about the food. 9 years latter I can still remember Saigon Sandwiches, woodhouse clam chowder and koi palace crabs!

Anyway, next august I will be going to SF with all the family, they all have great apetites and good palates so nothing is off the table; as we are 6 (and even our smallest eats like a piranha), I would prefer high value low price options

I will be stayng at the same hotel (Powell Place at Nob Hill)
