So let me first say that I never talk to the person cutting my hair, but this one guy was so friendly and easygoing that we got to chatting and he mentioned that he's from Taskent, but lives in Forest Hills. I started quizzing him about his favorite restaurants and he told me to go to Salut on 108 Street -- his exact words were -- 'oh my god it's so juicy that you would never believe it.' He suggested the Chebureshna, the viresky and the ploff -- I have never heard of any of these -- anyone have any experience with these dishes or this restaurant?
