My friend is looking for the BEST salt and pepper shrimp, but I'm not familiar with this Chinese dish. I did a quick search and I think it's probably Sichuan cuisine because a sample recipe contains Sichuan pepper.
Which then leads me to believe I'd be able to find this dish at Grand Sichuan.
Has anyone had this dish there and have feedback? Or perhaps there's another place in Manhattan that would have this?
