I've posted about this wonderful patisserie but I was back in SLC for work last week.
As part of our office ritual when there are visiting staff we always have a couple days where we bring in goodies for breakfast (or coffee break).
My contribution was Kouing-aman from Les Madeleines one day. I also brought in madeleines (plain and spiced). They were a hit across the board with all 8 people who tried them and of varying palates.
Two thumbs up. I even snuck six of them back to Canada.
