salmon skin salad

The closer to the East Village the better but I would travel for a great salmon skin salad. Actually used to order a salad from this not-all-that-special Japanese place in the mid-20s ... smoked salmon, flaked salmon, and lots salmon skin. But lately they seem to be using much less salmon skin. I was not happy with Koi's version the other night ... any ideas?
