So, for reasons that are WAY too numerous to go into here, I have only cooked fish a few times in my life. (Trying to change that now!)
I've got this nice looking pink salmon filet I want to bake tonight. I was gonna go with just some simple herbs and citrus in parchment...but the filet still has the skin on it. Do I need to remove the skin before I bake it? Or does it matter?
