Help With Salmon

I have about 5 ounces of salmon that are cut into "stir fry" pieces. However, I don't want to use them in stir fry. What's the best way to make the salmon (in a pan? oven?) and how long should i cook it and at what degrees? Any ideas on what I should put on it in terms of spices and light and easy sauces. I never cook fish at home!
