I just bought some Fred's Horseradish at Woodland's Market in Marin. It's a refrigerated product. I need to use it tonight, but when I went to open it, I just twisted off the cap and noticed that there was no safety seal of any kind. It just seems kind of odd in this day and age for a food product. The lid wasn't even on especially tight...it twisted off quite easily. Just trying to decide if it's safe to use right now. I'd prefer not to delay my project! Anybody know if this is normal for this product? Thanks!
