I need to get all new pots and pans. I started with my Risotto Le Creusaut pot. I would also like to get
a wok type size pan. As well as the usual sauce and fry pans.
Looking thru the archives, it seems people here really like All-Clad.
I have a dh that wants stainless steel because he has been reading about pots/pans (maybe the non-stick teflon based?) that have been leeching toxins into food.
Any advice would be appreciated
