Is it still safe to eat my shrimp?

I pulled a bag of frozen, shell-on "EZ-Peel" shrimp from the freezer Thursday night, and put it in the fridge to thaw with the intention of using it for dinner on Friday. I ended up not cooking it Friday or Saturday. Is it still safe to eat tonight, Sunday?
