Saddest Tin Lined Copper Pan in the World...

rmarisco | Aug 8, 201805:59 PM     40

This is (was?) an heirloom crepe pan. It hadn't been used in years. I put it on my glass topped stove on the only burner that would fit it, which happens to be the hottest burner. The rest of this sad story is obvious... It was fine one minute, and the next - melted in the middle. So embarrassing.... Is there anything I can do besides re-tinning it? PS it seems flat - no warping.
