I am invited to a friend's house tomorrow.
My contribution will be the White Chocolate Breadpudding.
The recipe is very rich and will produce two batches.
So I was thinking...if anyone of the group has nothing better to do tonight, you could come over, eat pudding ( So I won't have this chore all by myself and the hips to show for it) it would also be nice to have pleasant company.
I would also like opinions as to what sauce would be best for the pudding.
The original recipe from Palace Cafe in New Orleans calls for a white Chocolate Sauce. I found this to be way to sweet.
Now I am thinking Rasberry Coulis. Any other thoughts?
E-mail me if interested in tonight, at this point few phone numbers have been exchanged for last minute plans or other food emergencies.
That would be something to do in the future.
