I am invited to a friend's house tomorrow.
My contribution will be the White Chocolate Breadpudding.
The recipe is very rich and will produce two batches.
So I was thinking...if anyone of the group has nothing better to do tonight, you could come over, eat pudding ( So I won't have this chore all by myself and the hips to show for it) it would also be nice to have pleasant company.
I would also like opinions as to what sauce would be best for the pudding.
The original recipe from Palace Cafe in New Orleans calls for a white Chocolate Sauce. I found this to be way to sweet.
Now I am thinking Rasberry Coulis. Any other thoughts?
