Has anyone been to 1789 since the new chef took over this month? Several weeks ago I made reservations there before RW was announced since it's always SOOO hard to get in there. I learned a few days later their fabulous chef was leaving. I'm still excited to go, but I wonder what's changed already. I know they offer their full menu for RW ... but does anyone know if the menu currently posted on their site is the menu they're using right now (it's a sample menu)?
