The chocolate cherry rugelach at the Noe Valley Bakery is my new addition, although I am not sure whether their version is authentic. I even had 2 in one week which is quite the splurge. The crust/cookie part is incredibly rich - almost croissant-like. I have never been a big fan of rugelach, but I think it's because I have never had a stellar version of this treat. Are there any other recommendations for where I can find a good rugelach in SF?
