I located a surprisingly good Indian joint in the wilds of Bothell's Sripmalistan. This place has the kind of uncompromising chili heat, full-on spice and regional variety that I seek in an all-purpose Indian resto. It has been a few months, and I can't remember everything from a large take-out order, but I do recall and recommend the following items: Cut Mirchi, Gobi 65, Coorg (Northern Karnataka) Special, Veg. Chettinad and Malabar Mutton Curry.

The place has a Bellevue counterpart, but the menu is very different and the reviews worse.
