Ate there before going to see Mamma Mia!
The drinks were good. Clever cocktails. Interesting crowd of tourists and business people.
The sushi was excellent, so good that we asked for seconds.
The rest... ugh. We ordered a few dim sum, and they were mediocre tasting and a rip-off price-wise. Greasy, small dumplings, two paltry slivers of Chilean sea bass satay. Limpid fried rice, tasting of sour fruits? The WORST pad thai I have ever eaten, replete with a ketchup-like sauce. A dessiccated duck, a la Peking style - it sucked. Another bland chicken dish of no particular note, except that the waiter recommended it. The chocolate/banana cake sat like a brick in my stomach, although a brick might have tasted better.
I should have known better. I know now.
