Last thursday night I stopped in at RUB at about 10 PM and noticed that virtually all their items were sold out. Since this was noted on this board several times when RUB first opened, I wasn't particularly surprised. However, what was very surprising was when I came in on Saturday at about 7PM to find that the baby back ribs were sold out. It's one thing to be sold out at 10PM on a weeknight, but to be out of baby backs at 7PM on a saturday night??? When I asked why, I was given a very long explanation by a nice woman at the counter about how hard it is to estimate what will be eaten in a given night. I'm sure it is hard, but zillions of other restaurants have figured it out, so what's up with that?
