An offshoot of a New Jersey Thai place is set to open in the southern stretch of Curry Hill. It is at a location on the corner of 26th and Lex where numerous restaurants (including Pongal's recent and brief attempt at an annex) have come and gone. I hope this one will be good and attract the crowds necessary to escape that fate. I don't know when it is opening. I'm a little confused still about what exactly IS Indian-Thai however. Does it mean that the menu just has Thai noodle dishes and Indian breads? Or is there an actual difference in the seasoning of the dishes--special spices--less lemongrass--more lemongrass? Are there fusion dishes?
Also, has anyone been to the New Jersey restaurant?
