At a dinner party last night, my friend Annette served halves of beautiful Blenheim apricots topped with a dollop of feta whipped with ground walnuts as one of her appetizers. Absolutely wonderful with the Viognier wines.
She bought the one whole box (22 lbs.) of the Blenheims at the Healdsburg farmers market yesterday, leaving none for the rest of us! Where else are 'hounds finding Blenheims and how much longer will they be available?
