Roughly a week around Toronto (w/ focus still on Cantonese/HK cuisine)

Hey CHers, I'll be going to Toronto (and one day in Niagra) with my folks late October and I was hoping for some suggestions once more. We are from the SF Bay Area and my folks are prone towards Cantonese/HK Cuisine, so I'm hoping to see if Charles has some good ideas. I have curated a list of a few restaurants and just wondering if anyone has additional information/suggestions on certain things.

Dim Sum: Skyview Fusion (delicious last time I went), Dragonboat, Casa Victoria, Lai Wah heen (I'll be around the downtown area a day or so)
Dinner: Judy's Cuisine, Maple Yip, Crown Jewel
Congee: Ann's Congee
HK Cafe/Cha Chan Tang: Richmond Court, The Six Cafe
Rice Noodle Rolls: Yin Ji Chang Fun
Pastries: Lucullus and Duo

Are there any interesting places to walk and visit by CH standards? I'll probably be trekking around Pacific mall area again, but wondering if there were any new centers open?

Also seeing Charle's interesting grocery stores: T&T and Foodie World.

In any case, I have two more questions: Any places I should check out near Niagra Falls? We have an early morning flight around 11 at Pearson's. Are there any decent cha chan tangs that are open around 7, perhaps?

T&T Supermarket,
Lucullus Bakery,
Richmond Court Restaurant,
Ann's Congee,
Crown Jewel Fine Dining,
Maple Yip Seafood Restaurant,
Lai Wah Heen,
Casa Victoria Fine Dining and Banquet 紫爵金宴,
Skyview Fusion Cuisine
