Rose Pistola or Pizzeria Delfina: Can you tolerate one more pizza war question: from one who isn't fond of it?

Ok, pizza isn't my thing. Even good pizza. So mostly I've followed the pizza wars discussions just for the sake of entertainment, and to make notes of folks thoughts on the rest of the menus...

but I should have paid attention, perhaps. My daughter, who is currently living in Jordan, is home visiting for a month, and has a list of 'must eats'. (Food in Amman isn't bad, but well, it sure isn't San Francisco)...

High on her list is pizza. And to make matters more comnplicated, she has made a special request to go shopping tomorrow followed by a pizza lunch. Since Monday is her birthday, but we already have plans for that occaison, I'd like to indulge her in this extension of the celebrations.

I want to stay in San Francisco. A-16 is closed for weekend lunch. Per Open Table, I can get a reservation at Rose Pistola, no problem. Pizzeria Delfina is also open. So, what do the hounds think: Should I take her to Rose Pistola (which matches the shopping request a little better: we could turn it into a Union Square/Chinatown/North Beach tourist afternoon)...or try and get a table at Delfina before heading to Union Square? And if we do the latter, will there be a wait if we try and arrive around noon (when they open?)...

Or is there another option the hounds would recommend instead? I see Robert's post on Rose Pistola from August, but he doesn't mention the pizza. Any other recent visits?

Pizza good enough to impress me, the non-pizza lover, is most important. I think given the quality of the pizza in Jordan, she will be easier to please, but I would like to wow her...atmosphere should be fun for a young woman about to turn 21... Thanks for your thoughts!
