In what used to be Russo's Pasta now sits Rosanna's. We ate there the other night and it was delicious. Same home made pastas and sauces. They are also serving paninis and pizzas and salads.
We split an antipasto salad - which was chock full of delicious meats and cheeses.
I had the gnocchi with pesto and my sweetie the rigatoni with a sausage and bell pepper sauce. Both dishes were wonderful - fresh and tasty. The sausage and pepper sauce on the rigatoni was so down home it was like I was a kid again eating at my next door neighbor's house for dinner (They were 100 percent Italian and man could they cook and eat).
We also got the garlic bread which has been upgraded from what used to be served at the old restaurant, imo.
Our check was like $25.
This is my favorite Italian restaurant in a city full of Italian restaurants - It feels like a deli inside, it is not fancy sit down Italian, but it is darn good.
