Went to Ron's on sunday morning for brunch. It was mediocre. I had the lobster bisque that had some nice chunks of lobster, but clearly, the base was made with flour (ugh - is that necessary???) and not enough sherry. Then ahd sole stuffed with scallops, shrimp and lobster. the fish was Ok - but the stuffing was pretty bad - baby shrimp were hardly salad shrimp at best. Scallops were rubbery. Lobster inside? mashed. and too much stuffing. My guests mediterranean frittatas looked good. Blueberry crumb cake given to all of us was mediocre. view of the ocean was fantastic.
